In cases that do not require surgery, appropriate plaster methods are applied, especially in the treatment of stress fractures and small bone fractures; bone stimulants are used to reduce the healing time by half.
For the most part of long bone and hip fractures, methods that are made from small incisions without shortening the fracture line are preferred and shortening the healing time is preferred. At the same time, it is aimed to minimize the possibility of joint stiffness with arthroscopic surgery, which enables the detection of fractures without opening the joint in some of the intraarticular fractures, and to shorten the time to reach full function of the joint with postoperative physical therapy applications.
In addition, surgical treatment of all traumatic injuries can be performed with the aim of achieving the best functional results with scientific methods.
