Endodonty

The pulp starts from the crown of the tooth and proceeds to the root tip. Endodontics is the area of expertise that deals with the treatment of diseases caused by these tissues.

It is the department that applies the root canal treatment and other treatments in order to ensure that the tooth is treated and the mouth functions for long years after the inflammation of the pulp tissue begins to relieve very severe pain that starts spontaneously on the tooth.

In our center, treatments are aimed to reach safer and more successful results with a number of methods applied in the endodontics branch. If we briefly explain these methods;

Apex Locator: It is a medical device that warns when the narrowest part of the root tip, which should be the last point of the canal filling, is reached when channel treatment is applied. Apex locator increases the success of the canal treatment and reduces the need for X-ray to reduce the exposure of the patient to the X-ray.

RVG: It is a computer-aided system that provides more detailed imaging of the treated teeth.

Endodontic Micromotor: Medical devices used for 3D shaping of dental canals.

Laser assisted root canal treatment: During root canal treatments, laser is used for root canal disinfection. In this way, it is aimed to make the treatment last longer by making use of the effect of laser preventing bacterial growth.
